During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious rooms with comfortable ACs, perfect for the hot weather. The key location was also a great advantage, close to popular tourist attractions and surrounded by good restaurants. Another positive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always ready to assist guests.

There were some issues that I didn't appreciate, such as the lack of consistent room service, as water bottles were only free on the first day. Also, it was frustrating when the staff insisted on payment being made in cash or GP rather than by credit card, and the payment process felt rushed and uncomfortable. while my stay had great moments, there were still a few aspects that were disappointing.
